Wykonawca sprawował będzie również nadzór nad wykonywaniem robót budowlanych w wymaganych branżach, badał jakość i prawidłowość robót, ich zgodność z dokumentacją, decyzjami, harmonogramem, uczestniczył w naradach koordynacyjnych i odbiorach oraz weryfikował dokumentację budowy przekazywaną przez wykonawcę robót. Nadzór będzie prowadzony przez cały czas realizacji inwestycji, aż do jej zakończenia.
