Przedmiot zamówienia musi być fabrycznie nowy, nieużywany oraz nie aktywowany nigdy wcześniej na innych komputerach oraz musi pochodzić z oficjalnego i legalnego kanału dystrybucyjnego producenta oprogramowania. 3. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia (w skrócie: OPZ) stanowi Załącznik nr 3 do SWZ/Załącznik nr 1 do projektowanych postanowień umowy. 4. Projektowane postanowienia umowy w sprawie powyższego zamówienia publicznego, które zostaną wprowadzone do treści umowy (w skrócie: PPU) znajdują się w Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. 5.
