Preparat enzymatyczny dla trzody chlewnej z ksylanazą w formie sypkiej: - zawierający endo - 1,4 beta – ksylanazę w ilości 4000 U/kg, - przeznaczony do stosowania w mieszankach dla prosiąt odsadzonych i tuczników, - termostabilny w temperaturze granulowanej 85oC, - z dołączoną etykietą w języku polskim. Wielkość zamówienia: 50 kg (w workach 25 kg), loco magazyn Zamawiającego ZD Pawłowice - Wytwórnia Pasz w Robczysku. W celu potwierdzenia wskazanych powyżej parametrów jakościowych produktu, Zamawiający wymaga dołączenia do oferty atestu jakości produktu lub innego dokumentu potwierdzającego równoważność oferowanego produktu. Do każdej dostawy obowiązkowo dołączyć atest jakości produktu. Stawka VAT zgodnie z kategorią pożywienia dla zwierząt, która jest zaklasyfikowana do działów (kodów) nomenklatury scalonej (CN), wymieniona w załączniku nr 10 do ustawy o VAT. Zamawiający jest podatnikiem podatku rolnego i zamawiany produkt wykorzysta na potrzeby własne.
