Sprzedaż wraz z dostarczeniem krzeseł konferencyjnych z pulpitem Szczegółowy opis oraz sposób realizacji zamówienia zawiera opis przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ), stanowiący załącznik nr 1.1 do SWZ: a) Zaproponowany asortyment/ urządzenia muszą być nowe, nieużywane, wolne od wad, a ich parametry techniczno funkcjonalne nie niższe niż przedstawione w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia stanowiącym Załącznik nr 1.1 do SWZ. b) Zaproponowane oprogramowanie musi być, wolne od wad, a jego parametry techniczno-funkcjonalne nie niższe niż przedstawione w szczegółowym opisie przedmiotu zamówienia stanowiącym załącznik nr 1.1 do SWZ. c) Zamawiający dopuszcza składania ofert równoważnych. Wszędzie tam, gdzie Zamawiający opisuje przedmiot zamówienia poprzez wskazanie znaków towarowych, patentów lub odniesienie do norm, europejskich ocen technicznych, aprobat, pochodzenia, specyfikacji technicznych i/lub systemów referencji technicznych, Zamawiający dopuszcza rozwiązania równoważne opisywanym.
