1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa sprzętu specjalistycznego. Nazwa sprzętu Ilość sztuk krzesło z tkaniny poliestrowej 500 stół składany 1800/750/720 400 stół składany 800/800/730 50 2. Zamawiający zgodnie z art. 441 ust. 1 ustawy, zastrzega sobie możliwość skorzystania z prawa opcji. Prawem opcji objęte jest nabycie (zakup) w zależności od bieżących potrzeb Zamawiającego i posiadanych środków finansowych następującego sprzętu: Nazwa sprzętu Ilość sztuk krzesło z tkaniny poliestrowej 40 stół składany 1800/750/720 60 stół składany 800/800/730 50 Realizacja zamówienia opcjonalnego nastąpi po tych samych cenach jednostkowych jak w zamówieniu podstawowym, zgodnie z wyceną ofertową złożoną przez Wykonawcę. Wykonawcy nie przysługuje roszczenie wobec Zamawiającego o realizację dostaw opcjonalnych. 3. Szczegółowy zakres i warunki realizacji zamówienia przedstawiają:  projekt umowy,  opis przedmiotu zamówienia,  wycena ofertowa,  wzory protokołów przyjęcia – przekazania,  dokument gwarancyjny,  wykaz miejsc dostawy,  wzór karty wyrobu. Ww. dokumenty stanowią załączniki do SWZ i są jej integralną częścią.
