Zamawiający, w zależności od bieżących potrzeb Oddziałów Zamawiającego, dopuszcza możliwość zamówienia innej ilości poszczególnych rodzajów olejów napędowych niż wskazane w pkt. 4.2.1- lit. a) i lit. b) SWZ, w ramach łącznych ilości (tj. Zakres maksymalny) określonych dla danej Części Zamówienia w pkt. 4.2.1- lit. c) , z zastrzeżeniem pkt 4.4 . 4.4.
