Doposażenie Bloku Operacyjnego wraz ze sterylizatornią Wojewódzkiego Szpitala Specjalistycznego w Czerwonej Górze w specjalistyczny sprzęt medyczny zostało dofinansowane ze środków budżetu Samorządu Województwa Świętokrzyskiego, zgodnie z Umową nr 14/D/00029/2026 o udzielenie dotacji na ,,Doposażenie Bloku Operacyjnego wraz ze sterylizatornią WSS w Czerwonej Górze w specjalistyczny sprzęt medyczny - nazwa zadania: Inwestycje w ochronie zdrowia.”
Zgodnie z treścią art. 257 Pzp Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo do unieważnienia postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia, jeżeli środki publiczne, które zamawiający zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie całości lub części zamówienia, nie zostały mu przyznane.
