PCK, 81-519 Gdynia, Powstania Styczniowego 1 1.3. Szpital św. Wincentego a Paulo, 81-348 Gdynia, Wójta Radtkego 1 lub próbek w celu identyfikacji przeciwciał i/lub doboru krwi z w/w lokalizacji Zamawiającego do RCKiK w Gdańsku wyłącznie w sytuacji „NA RATUNEK” na warunkach określonych każdorazowo przez Zleceniodawcę. 2.
