Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odnowienie na 12 miesięcy 1000 licencji Omnissa Workspace ONE Desktop Essentials oraz 250 licencji Omnissa Workspace ONE Mobile Essentials lub rozwiązania równoważnego wraz z asystą techniczną w języku polskim. 2. Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia, zwany dalej „OPZ”, został zawarty w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ oraz w Projektowanych Postanowieniach Umownych (PPU), stanowiących załącznik nr 5 do SWZ. 3. Zgodnie z art. 257 pkt 1 p.z.p., Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość unieważnienia przedmiotowego postępowania, jeżeli środki publiczne, które Zamawiający zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie całości lub części zamówienia, nie zostały mu przyznane.
