Poland – Software and Information Systems – Procurement of a Public Transportation Information System in Rybnik

The subject of the contract is the delivery of electronic devices that interoperate with each other and with the environment, along with the necessary software for these devices. The devices and software are referred to hereinafter as the IT system or the IT system for PTZ. Whenever reference is made to the term "IT system operator," this refers to the person who makes entries in the IT system within the scope of authorizations granted by the administrator (e.g., changing the travel time between successive stops within adjacent stop complexes at a specific time of day). The IT system operator may be an employee of the city hall, as the organizer of public transport, or an employee of the public transport operator. The detailed scope of the contract is specified in the SWZ and its appendices.
