Adres inwestycji: Brzesko, ul. Browarna nr 40 (słodownia) oraz nr 45 (spichlerz). Działki ewidencyjne nr 2245/2, 2245/7, 2245/3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ – Opis przedmiotu zamówienia, na który składa się Program funkcjonalno – użytkowy Okocimskiego Centrum Dziedzictwa w Brzesku (grudzień 2024, aktualizacja kwiecień 2026) wraz z załącznikami oraz załączniku nr 8 -Projektowane Postanowienia Umowy (PPU) .
