Piaski 21, w zakresie i na warunkach określonych w niniejszej Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia (dalej: SWZ). 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Program Funkcjonalno-Użytkowy stanowiący załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. 3. Warunki realizacji zamówienia określone zostały w projekcie umowy stanowiącym Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ.
