1. The subject of the order in Part No. 1 is: Successive purchase and delivery of desktop computers for various units of the University of Opole. 2. The description of the subject of the order constitutes Appendix No. 1A to the ToR. 3. The subject of the order is the successive delivery, along with the submission of a successive order, of the parameters specified in the description of the subject of the order/agreement (Appendix No. 1A to the ToR), within the period indicated in point 4.1 of the ToR and within the time specified by the Contractor in the offer (in connection with point 4.2 of the ToR). 4. The subject of the order will be delivered to the Ordering Party at the Contractor's risk and as part of the remuneration (specified in the offer) due to the Contractor. 5. The quantities of individual devices covered by the subject of the order indicated in the description of the subject of the order/agreement (Appendix No. 1A to the ToR) are indicative quantities, estimated based on anticipated individual orders. 6. During the performance of the contract, the Ordering Party may place orders for a larger or smaller quantity than specified by the Ordering Party, or not purchase a given item at all, while maintaining the unit price of the equipment unchanged. 7. The Ordering Party will purchase equipment covered by this contract for a value of no less than seventy percent (70%) of the gross remuneration referred to in § 4, section 1 of the contract. 8. The purchase of equipment whose minimum parameters are specified in the description of the subject of the contract/contract will be made in response to individual orders submitted successively by the Ordering Party to the Contractor via e-mail, during the period referred to in point 4.1 of the Technical Specifications. 9.
