1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest „Usługa – naprawa i wsparcie techniczne systemu do wykrywania i przeciwdziałania bezzałogowym statkom powietrznym SKYctrl w latach 2026 – 2029” - ilości według potrzeb SZ RP, wykonana zgodnie z dokumentami zamówienia. 2. Usługi będące przedmiotem zamówienia w latach 2027, 2028 i 2029 wykonywane będą pod warunkiem, że Zamawiający otrzyma do końca grudnia odpowiednio 2026, 2027 i 2028 roku potwierdzenie od Organu Logistycznego o przyznaniu środków na dany rok budżetowy. Zamawiający po otrzymaniu potwierdzenia dysponowania środkami finansowymi, o których mowa wyżej, niezwłocznie zawiadomi Wykonawcę o konieczności realizacji zakresu Umowy przewidzianego odpowiednio w roku 2027, 2028 i 2029. 3. Szczegóły dotyczące przedmiotu zamówienia i kryteriów oceny ofert zostaną zamieszczone w Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia, która wraz z opisem przedmiotu zamówienia zostanie przekazana Wykonawcom zaproszonym do składania ofert.
