1. The subject of the contract is the provision of student catering services including the operation of a canteen at Primary School No. 340 named after Professor Bogusław Molski. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract constitutes Appendix No. 1 to the Technical Specifications. 3. Meals will be prepared in kitchens operated by the Contractor located: 1) in building A (entrance from Bażantarni Street) at 3 Lokajskiego Street in (02-793) Warsaw; and 2) in building B (entrance from Belgradzka Street) at 3 Lokajskiego Street in (02-793) Warsaw; - which will be leased by the Contractor under a lease agreement, the draft provisions of which are included in Appendix No. 2b to the Technical Specifications. With the exception described in section 16 of the Draft Agreement Provisions, which constitute Appendix No. 2a to the Technical Specifications, will be obliged to prepare meals only in the kitchens indicated above, with the provision that individual meals will be prepared only in the building in which they will be served to students of the kindergarten or primary school or to the Ordering Party's employees. 4. In this order, the Ordering Party applies a social clause based on art. 95 sec. 1 of the Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor or Subcontractor to employ under an employment contract persons who will perform the following activities during the execution of the order: 1) preparing and cooking meals; 2) serving meals; 3) preparing the menu; - except for situations in which the above-mentioned activities are performed by a Contractor who is a natural person conducting business activity. 5.
