The subject of the contract is: Preparation and updating of water law reports together with water management instructions (obtaining a water law permit) in the area of the Regional Water Management Authority in Poznań: Part 1: Preparation of an application for issuing water law permits for the use of water for the inland waterway called: Ślesiński Canal from the junction with the Warta River to Lake Gopło together with the lakes along its route, with the necessary attachments in order to obtain a final administrative decision - (ZPH Ślesiński Canal - ZZ Koło) The subject of the contract is a service consisting in preparing an application for issuing water law permits together with the necessary attachments in order to obtain final administrative decisions, i.e. water law permits for hydrotechnical facilities located on the Warta-Bydgoszcz Canal Inland Waterway on the section of the Ślesiński Canal in the scope of water use, i.e. damming water using 4 chamber locks, transferring water from the Warta River to the peak position The canal and water drainage from the summit to the Noteć River.
