1. The subject of the order is the purchase of a brand new light 4x4 rescue and firefighting vehicle as part of the "Elimination of threats associated with climate change" project for the operations of the Volunteer Fire Department in Domaszkowo, in accordance with the Description of the Subject Matter of the Order constituting Appendix No. 2 to the Specifications of the Order, consistent with Appendix No. 10 to the Specifications of the Order – Order No. 8 of the Chief Commander of the State Fire Service, and in accordance with the Ordering Party's requirements. 2. Subjective Evidence. 2.1. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to submit the following subjective evidence along with the offer:  Certificate of Approval issued by CNBOP-PIB;  Appendix No. 2 to the Specifications of the Order completed by the Contractor. 2.2. The Ordering Party expects this evidence to be supplemented if the Contractor fails to submit it or if the submitted evidence is incomplete. 2.3. Supplementation will not be applied if, despite the submission of this evidence, the offer is subject to rejection or there are grounds for invalidating the procedure. 2.4. The Ordering Party may request explanations from contractors regarding the content of the evidence in question. 3. Equivalence 3.1. If the Ordering Party has indicated trademarks, patents or origin, sources or a specific process that characterizes the products delivered by a specific contractor in the description of the subject of the contract, it is permissible to offer solutions equivalent to those described, provided that they maintain the minimum technical, quality and functional parameters, etc. 3.2. A contractor who refers to equivalent solutions is obliged to demonstrate that the solution it offers meets the requirements specified by the ordering party. 3.3.
