East Midlands Railway (EMR) is seeking information from the market to inform a future procurement for the supply of spare parts and consumables required to support the safe, compliant, and reliable operation of the Class 158 and Class 170 fleets.
This Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) exercise is intended to gather market insight to help shape the final procurement strategy, lotting structure, service specification, and commercial model. Feedback received will be used to ensure the future procurement is proportionate, competitive, and aligned with current market capability and best practice.
The scope is expected to include, but is not limited to, mechanical and electrical spares, consumables, repairable components, warranty and traceability arrangements, digital catalogues, and logistics support to EMR depots.
