1. The subject of the order is cleaning services of the facilities of the Włochy District Office of the capital city of Warsaw at Al. Krakowska 255 and Al. Krakowska 257 in Warsaw, together with cleaning of the external area around the building at Al. Krakowska 257 in Warsaw, including in particular: • cleaning of office rooms, corridors, stairwells, warehouses, archives, sanitary, utility and social rooms, as well as replenishing hygiene and sanitary articles, maintaining the cleanliness of the refrigerated cabinet, the so-called canteen; • cleaning of the property; • snow removal and removal of black ice; • disinfecting and washing of telephones; • cleaning of the third and fourth floor terrace; • washing of carpets, carpets in the children’s corner and carpeted doormats; • washing of upholstered furniture (chairs and armchairs); • washing of windows and sliding grilles; • washing of facades; • cleaning and snow removal from the roof; • washing of notice boards; • other work assigned as needed – billed in man-hours. 2. The contractor will provide materials, cleaning products, and equipment necessary to perform the work covered by the contract. 3. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring a permanent staff of employees employed under an employment contract (minimum 6 people), each with a minimum of 0.5 full-time equivalent (FTE). 4. The contractor or subcontractor will be responsible for employing all individuals under an employment contract who will perform daily activities such as cleaning offices, corridors, stairwells, warehouses, archives, sanitary rooms, utility and staff rooms, as well as replenishing hygiene and sanitary supplies, maintaining the refrigerated cabinet (so-called canteen), and cleaning the premises surrounding the building. 5.
