1. The subject of the order is the purchase of desktop computers. The detailed scope of the order, description, product range, and quantities are contained in Appendix 1A to the ToR – Description of the Subject Matter of the Order (hereinafter referred to as the ToR). By completing the indicated items in this appendix, the Contractor confirms compliance with the requirements specified by the Ordering Party. 4.
