Design and construction of apartments at Kamienna Street in Piekary Śląskie – for STAGE I, in accordance with the Ordering Party's requirements specified in this Specific Technical Reference Framework, the Local Plan, and applicable law. Stage I will be divided into the following two tasks: Task 1 – preparation of detailed design documentation for the building for Stage I (building B3) and construction and detailed documentation for connections and networks for Stage I; Task 2 – construction works for Stage I (building B3), execution of development, connections, and networks to the extent necessary to obtain an occupancy permit for building B3, and obtaining an occupancy permit for building B3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Chapter III of the Specific Technical Reference Framework and Appendix 13 thereto.
