The subject of the contract under this procedure is the delivery of an MRI scanner, along with equipment and integration with the PACS/RIS system, as well as the adaptation of the rooms. The contractor is obligated to perform the necessary adaptation work in the rooms designated for the MRI installation, in accordance with the functional and operational program (FUP) attached to the Terms of Reference (SWZ) - (Appendix No. 8). The contractor is obligated to prepare design documentation and, based on it, perform construction work involving the adaptation of the rooms. A detailed description/conditions/requirements regarding the subject of the contract are included in the draft contract constituting Appendix No. 7 to the Terms of Reference. Detailed requirements regarding the technical and operational parameters of the subject of the contract are included in Appendix No. 2b to the Terms of Reference, i.e., in the Bid Form - technical and operational parameters.
