The subject of the order is the supply of surgical staplers and stapler cartridges, retractors, clips, and surgical laser consumables for the CPiT in Bystra, within the scope of Package 1 - Staplers and stapler cartridges, wound retractors. A detailed description of the subject of the order in terms of product range and quantities is specified in the product and pricing form, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the Technical Specifications. The implementation of the subject of the order is specified in Appendix No. 7 to the Technical Specifications - the draft agreement. The Ordering Party requires that all offered products be placed on the market and used in the territory of the Republic of Poland, classified in accordance with applicable regulations: Regulation (EU) 2017/745 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 April 2017 on medical devices, Regulation (EU) 2017/746 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 April 2017 on in vitro diagnostic medical devices, and the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices, to the extent applicable.
