1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from owners of residential properties and from owners of properties containing summer cottages or other properties used for recreational purposes located within the Pcim Commune. 2. Under the contract, the Contractor will provide comprehensive services for the collection and management of both mixed and selectively collected municipal waste, regardless of weather conditions, from the Pcim Commune and the following villages: Pcim Centrum, Pcim Sucha, Pcim Krzywica, Stróża Górna, Stróża Dolna, and Trzebunia. 3. The collection and management of municipal waste should be carried out in a way that allows for achieving the levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent for storage and not exceeding the storage level in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733, as amended) and the provisions of the current Regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order in the Pcim Commune. Mixed municipal waste, biodegradable waste, including green waste and sorting residues, intended for landfill, should be transferred to a regional municipal waste processing installation, in accordance with the resolution of the Małopolska Voivodeship Assembly regarding the Waste Management Plan of the Małopolska Voivodeship for years 2023-2028 in force on the date of implementation (currently Resolution No. LXXXI/1191/24 of the Małopolska Voivodeship Assembly of 25 March 2024). 4.
