Expansion of the eduweb360 portal platform to include a system for preventing school dropouts, along with an update to the portal platform and a data migration service

The implementation of the subject of the order includes the following works: 1) Pre-implementation analysis: a. Preparation of an analysis regarding the number and scope of migrated services launched within the Ordering Party’s Portal Platform, b. Preparation of a pre-implementation analysis constituting the basis for the implementation of the System for preventing dropout from education, 2) Delivery of a license and extension of the existing license for the software being the subject of migration and expansion. The Ordering Party expects to obtain a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the system to the extent necessary to perform its tasks described in the document below. 3) Performing work on the installation and parameterization of the Portal Platform and the Dropout Prevention System. 4) Launching the Portals in the new version of the system and the functionalities listed in the pre-implementation analysis in accordance with the following specifications for the Portal Platform and Dropout Prevention System. 5) Migrating data from the current version of the Portal Platform to the new version of the Platform and the Portals launched within it. 6) Conducting functionality and migration tests and correcting any errors. 7) Conducting training for users and administrators of the Portal Platform and the Dropout Prevention System. 8) Providing documentation and user manuals. 9) Providing warranty service for 24 months from the implementation completion. 10) Providing service support for a period of 3 years from the implementation completion.
