Preliminary Market Engagement - Small Estates, Sydenham Hill & Longland Court Multidisciplinary Consultancy Services

The City of London Corporation (the ‘City’) is carrying out Preliminary Market Engagement (‘PME’) in relation to the provision of a multidisciplinary consultant to provide a range of services in relation to the delivery of three
defined works packages in different geographical areas of its social housing portfolio. Services will include the production of Feasibility Reports, Design and Specification (Building and M&E), Tendering, Contract Administration, Cost Consultancy (including support with section 20 major works billing), Principal Designer (BR and CDM) and Clerk of Works.
This exercise will help inform our approach to the procurement, provide an opportunity to gain insight into how participants might approach delivery of the service in question, and offer a useful early indication of the likely level of interest in the proposed project from the market.
