The Project Director, Project Implementation Unit (PMIU) (SELECT) School Education & Literacy Department (SE&LD), Government of Sindh now invites sealed Bids from the eligible Bidders for the Procurement of Civil Works for the Construction and rehabilitation of 15 No of schools in District Jacobabad . The project completion timeframe is set at 360 days. No margin of preference will be permitted. Bidding will be conducted through National competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016 [Revised Nov 2017 and August 2018] (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
