Valoarea estimata totala proiectare si executie lucrari pentru obiectivul PT + Execuție “Reabilitare Palat Administrativ Bulevardul Eroilor nr. 5 Brasov” este compusa din : I. Documentatii tehnice, servicii de proiectare și asistență tehnică din partea proiectantului pe perioada executiei lucrărilor și până la recepția la terminarea lucrărilor a obiectivului și verificarea proiectului, după cum urmează: 1.Documentatii tehnice in vederea obtinerii avizelor: 887.943,00 lei fara TVA 2. Întocmirea proiectului tehnic si a detaliilor de executie : 3.514.102,00 lei, fără TVA 3. Asistență tehnică din partea proiectantului : 430.518,00 lei, fără TVA 4. Verificare proiect tehnic: 88.794,00 lei, fără TVA. II. Execuția lucrărilor: 1. Construcţii + montaj : 87.667.441, 00 lei, fără TVA 2. Utilaje, echipamente tehnologice si functionale care necesita montaj :16.682.566,00 lei, fără TVA 3. Dotări : 3.228.884,00 lei, fără TVA 4. Cheltuieli conexe organizarii de santier: 1.345.368,00 lei, fara TVA 5. Pregatirea personalului de exploatare: 69.032,00 lei, fara TVA 6. Probe tehnologice si teste: 713.045,00 lei, fara TVA Notă: Valoarea estimata a contractului nu cuprinde suma aferenta cheltuielilor diverse si neprevazute, însă la stabilirea procedurii de atribuire autoritatea contractantă a ținut cont de valoarea sumelor aferente cheltuielilor diverse si neprevăzute. Sumele din devizul DALI sunt informative.
