Contractul de lucrari „Extinderea sistemului de apa si canalizare in judetul Iasi – axa 11 - Oteleni – Conducta Timisesti” cuprinde: OBIECT 1 - CONDUCTA DE ADUCTIUNE APA POTABILA SABAOANI-DOLJESTI-OTELENI-BRAESTI Sub-obiect 1.1 Conducta de aductiune apa potabila Sabaoani-Doljesti-Oteleni-Braesti, L = 31124 m; OBIECT 2 – CONDUCTA DE ADUCTIUNE APA POTABILA OTELENI Sub-obiect 2.1 Conducta de aductiune apa potabila, L = 1099 m; Sub-obiect 2.2 Statie de pompare apa; OBIECT 3 – GOSPODARIA DE APA OTELENI Sub-obiect 3.1 Gospodarie de apa Oteleni, Rezervoare V =2 x 400 mc, Statie de pompare Q = 16 l/s, H = 20 m, Statie de clorinare; OBIECT 4 – INFIINTARE RETEA DE ALIMENTARE CU APA SI RETEA DE CANALIZARE IN LOCALITATEA OTELENI (UAT OTELENI) Sub-obiect 4.1 Infiintare retea de alimentare cu apa, L = 8971 m; Sub-obiect 4.2 Infiintare retea de canalizare menajera, L = 8695 m; Sub-obiect 4.3 Statii de pompare apa uzata 8 buc. si conducte de refulare aferente; Lucrarile se refera la: a) Lucrari de constructie b) Furnizarea si montarea utilajelor si echipamentelor tehnologice c) Testare si punere in functiune d) Monitorizarea si acordarea de asistenta/consultanta personalului responsabil pe parcursul Perioadei de Notificare a Defectelor, atunci cand este necesar e) Remedierea eventualelor defecte aparute in Perioada de Notificare a Defectelor (perioada de garantie) de 36 luni, respectiv 1095 zile f) Instruirea personalului Beneficiarului si/sau Operatorului Contractul se compune din perioada de executie a lucrarilor care este de 25 de luni de la ordinul de incepere a lucrarilor, la care se adauga perioada de notificare a defectelor/perioada de garantie care este de minim 36 de luni de la semnarea procesului verbal de receptie la terminarea lucrarilor.
