Asigurarea continuității operaționale a sistemului informatic central care gestionează resursele companiei (ERP) și activitatea de furnizare (IS-U) și menținerea conformității cu legislația în vigoare (inclusiv raportările fiscale și reglementările ANRE) care sunt implementate în sistemul SAP. Securizarea investițiilor anterioare în platforma SAP și evitarea riscurilor asociate utilizării unor versiuni software neactualizate. Departamentele companiei vor beneficia direct de funcționalitățile modulului SAP IS-U pentru gestionarea portofoliului de clienți, facturare, contractare și gestionarea creanțelor, automatizarea notelor contabile și rapiditatea raportărilor financiare, menținerea funcționalităților de gestiune a stocurilor și a fluxurilor de aprobare a comenzilor. Prin achiziția serviciilor de suport specializat (SRV1 și SRV2) se urmărește reducerea timpului de rezolvare a incidentelor critice și se asigură transferul de cunoștințe (TRC) pentru echipa internă. Subscripții licențe conform Anexa 1, pentru o perioada de 36 de luni. Servicii de suport în exploatare SRV1 pe bază de abonament lunar (estimare 4.320 zile-om)- 36 de luni Servicii de dezvoltare pe bază de comandă SRV 2 și servicii de transfer de cunoștințe TRC cuantificate ca zile-om - 6.090 zile-om previzionate pentru întreaga durată contractuală de 36 de luni
