The activities that will be carried out during the period of the framework agreement and the minimum performance parameters are described in the specifications and consist of disinfestation, disinfection and deratization services within the public institutions within the administrative-territorial area of Sector 4. The locations within the administrative-territorial area of Sector 4 where the services will be carried out are described in the specifications, an integral part of the procurement documents. A subsequent contract may refer to one or more of the buildings owned/administered by Sector 4 of the Municipality of Bucharest. During the framework agreement, depending on the needs of the moment, the contracting authority will issue orders for one or more of the buildings. The modification of the framework agreement/public procurement contract, during its validity period, may be carried out under the conditions provided for in art. 221 of Law no. 98/2016 and the provisions of ANAP Instruction no. 1/2021. Given that the award documentation contains a minimum set of specific information regarding estimates of the minimum and maximum quantities that could be requested during the entire framework agreement, as well as estimates of the minimum and maximum quantities that could be the subject of a single subsequent contract among those to be awarded during the framework agreement, we emphasize that these minimum and maximum quantities that the contracting authority initially establishes in the award documentation and subsequently in the framework agreement represent estimates of quantities that could be requested during the entire framework agreement and not the exact quantities that will be purchased, the latter being able to be lower, equal, or higher compared to those estimated, depending on the real needs of the contracting authority.
