Halmstads kommun kommer under hösten 2026 att upphandla entreprenör för exploateringsområdet Tullkammarkajen. Projektet omfattar om- och nybyggnation av allmän platsmark, innehållande kajrenovering, gång- och cykelbroar, gator, ledningsnät och parker mm.
