Second Real Estate Management Project

The objective of the Second Real Estate Management Project is to improve the transparency, accessibility, and reliability of Serbia’s real property management systems. There are three components to the project, the first component being implementation of the property mass valuation system. Activities will be financed via two sub-components: support to mass valuation for residential and non-residential properties, and building register advancement. The second component is the integration of information systems and NSDI services development. This component includes three subcomponents: further development and rollout of the integrated system for real estate cadaster, support to the national spatial data infrastructure, and digital archive. Finally, the third component is the institutional Improvement, RGA sustainability, and project management. This component includes two subcomponents: institutional improvement and RGA sustainability, and project management.
