Assignment Title: Consultancy for the Development of a City-Wide Inclusive Sanitation (CWIS) Plan for Freetown City Council (FCC) and Western Area Rural District Council (WARD-C)

The Government of Sierra Leone, through the Ministry of Water Resources and Sanitation, has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Sierra Leone Water Security and WASH Access Improvement Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.
The consulting services (“the Service”) is to develop comprehensive City-Wide Inclusive Sanitation (CWIS) Implementation Plans for FCC and WARD-C aimed to achieve equitable, safe, and sustainable sanitation services for all.
The assignment is expected to commence in or around January 2026. The total duration of the assignment is expected to be 36 weeks from the date of contract signing.
