The Government of Sierra Leone (GoSL) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Sierra Leone Second Financial Inclusion Project (P177947), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Development and Deployment of a Modern Electronic Credit Information Sharing (Reference) System for Bank of Sierra Leone-BSL 2. The Sierra Leone Second Financial Inclusion Project now invites sealed Proposals from eligible Proposers to provide their technical and financial offer for Development and Deployment of a Modern Electronic Credit Information Sharing (Reference) System for Bank of Sierra Leone-BSL. In addition, following system deployment, the Supplier shall provide onsite operational and technical support for a period of three (3) years while transferring knowledge and operational capability to Bank of Sierra Leone-BSL staff. At the end of this period, BSL shall assume full operational control of the system. 3.
