The subject of the contract is the delivery of work, the key components of which are the modules: 1. Farmer's Portal (Personalized Portal Component) • Provides farmer authentication and authorization • Personalized content display • Access to notifications, reports, submissions and tasks • Web interface and mobile view for basic functions 2. Farmer's Registration System (FES) • Contains components for recording agricultural activities • Includes diaries, records, outputs for requests and inspections 3. Departmental GIS • Map client with the ability to work with WMS/WFS sources, local datasets and geospatial tools • Connected to the DeoHub of the state administration, reference registers and departmental databases (LPIS, CRHZ, ...) • Interactive tools for plotting areas, identifying layers, geolocation of farms.
