The Consulting Services (“the Services”) include leading EMAE’s financial management function, including strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, treasury and cash-flow management, financial control, and the implementation of financial recovery and sustainability measures. The assignment is expected to run until December 2028, with an initial contract duration of 12 months, renewable based on satisfactory performance and project needs.
