Sudan Primary Education Emergency Support Project

The development objective of Primary Education Emergency Support Project is to support reopened schools in target states and learning continuity in the Republic of the Sudan. This project has three components. 1) The first component, Provision of School Grants, has the following sub-components: Provision of school grants; and Capacity building of school management. 2) The second component, Facilitating Learning Continuity, has the following sub-components: Implementation of remedial program for targeted grades in selected public primary schools; Supporting learning during school closures; and Enhancing the remote learning provision. 3) The third component, Project Management, Coordination, Technical Assistance, and M&E, has the following sub-components: Project management, coordination, and monitoring; Knowledge generation; and Development of capacity of national experts to strengthen local capacity.
