På den östra sidan om Dalälven omfattar objektet huvudsakligen anläggande av tillfartsväg till en råvattenstation och byggnation av råvattenstationen. Objektet omfattar också intag och intagsledningar i älven fram till råvattenstationen samt förläggning av sjöledningar på botten tvärs över älven. På den västra sidan om älven omfattar objektet anläggande av två st råvattenledningar av dimensionen Ø450 mm till det planerade vattenverket och en självfallsledning Ø630 mm från vattenverket till älven. På den västra sidan om älven kommer de tre ledningarna att förläggas med hjälp av AT-borrning genom brinken för sträckan norr om Färjevägen för att ansluta till sjöledningarna genom älvens botten.
