Das Unterkunftsgebäude (UE) besteht aus einem Erdgeschoss, drei Obergeschossen sowie einem Untergeschoss und dient primär der Unterbringung der Truppen und muss für 636 Angehörige der Armee (AdA) Platz bieten. Für die Energielieferung ist ein Fernwärmeanschluss ab dem Areal vorgesehen. Dieser liefert die benötigte Energie für sämtliche Wärmebezüge (Heizung, Lüftung und Brauchwarmwasser) Die Wärmeverteilung erfolgt im ganzen Gebäude über eine Fussbodenheizung. Die Kälteverteilung erfolgt ab der Kältemaschine auf dem Dach zu den Umluftkühlern in den Elektroräumen. In dieser Submission sind sämtliche für Heizungs- und Kälteanlagen erforderlichen Installationen enthalten.
