Tajikistan Digital Foundations Project

The development objective of Digital Foundations Project for Tajikistan is to improve the delivery of digitally-enabled public services and to enhance digital skills of the population. This project has three components. 1) The first component, Strengthening Foundations for Safe Digital Government Systems and Services, has the following sub-components: (i) Digital Public Infrastructure; and (ii) Digital Safeguards and Enablers. 2) The second component, Enhancing Digital Skills, has the following sub-components: (i) Digital Literacy and Skills; and (ii) Modernization of Learning Environments. 3) The third component, Project Management, will finance project implementation and activities to strengthen the technical, institutional, and project management capacity of implementing entities.
