Angola – Civil engineering consultancy services – Design Checking and Supervision of construction of Water Distribution Network, Household Connections, Reservoirs, Water Mains and Infrastructure Refurbishment in Luena WSS (Moxico PWSU)

The procurement is for a consultancy contract for the Design Checking and Supervision of Construction of Water Distribution Network, Household Connections, Reservoirs, Water Mains and Infrastructure Refurbishment in Luena WSS (Moxico PWSU). All firms registered in countries eligible to the Bank are eligible to participate in the tender. The tender will follow a three-envelope system. To express interest and compete for the contract, eligible consultants must submit an Expression of Interest (EOI), a Technical Proposal, and a Financial Proposal. Bid documents will be opened and evaluated in stages. First, EOIs will be opened, evaluated, and a maximum of six firms will be shortlisted for the next stage. Next, the Technical Proposals of shortlisted firms will be opened and evaluated. Based on these results, Financial Proposals will be opened for final evaluation and determination of the successful bidder. The QCBS (Quality and Cost-Based Selection) method will be used for selection.
