Albania – Computer equipment and supplies – Procurement of ICT equipment for the Psychologists and Social Workers cabinets in pre-university schools in Albania” / “EU 4 Inclusive Teaching” Project

The Open Society Foundation Albania (OSFA) in partnership with the Tampere University of Applied Sciences (Finland), are implementing the EU 4 Inclusive Teaching Project. According to indirect management procedures, the General Directorate for Financing and Contracting of EU, World Bank and Other Donor Funds/Central Financing and Contracting Unit (CFCU) under the Ministry of Finance and Economy is the Contracting Authority for the EU 4 Inclusive Teaching project. The project is implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Sports. This supply contract is part of the EU 4 Inclusive Teaching Project, and it is aimed at contributing to the achievement of better working environments for the pre-university schools. For that purpose, OFSA should supply IT equipment - Desktop Computers and All-in-One Printers for equipping the offices of psychologists and social workers in 320 pre-university schools located on the entire territory of Albania. The subject of the contract is the supply, delivery, unloading, of the following ICT equipment: Desktop Personal Computers and All-in-One Printers. as defined in Annex II+III: Technical Specifications + Technical Offer.
