Austria – Construction work for commercial buildings, warehouses and industrial buildings, buildings relating to transport – 604507 - KAGes – Bauträgerprojekt „Hochgarage - LKH Hochsteiermark, Standort Leoben“

On behalf of Steiermärkische Krankenanstalten GmbH (KAGes), a multi-story parking garage with parking spaces for approximately 550 cars and 20 motorcycles, as well as additional parking spaces with electric vehicle charging stations, is to be constructed for the LKH Hochsteiermark hospital in Leoben, on the site at Schlachthofgasse 10, formerly the "Mallinger parking lot." The future contractor ("AN") will act as the developer. They will be responsible for the remaining planning, construction, and financing, and will lease the garage to KAGes as the building rights holder. The services to be offered are described functionally. Furthermore, the contractor will be obligated to provide facility services (maintenance, servicing, and any necessary renovations of defined building components). A building rights agreement and a lease agreement will be concluded. The leased property (multi-story parking garage) will be economically attributed to the lessor/building rights holder.
