Belgium – Building alteration work – HELHa Charleroi ND : Rénovation de bâtiment (lot 1) et transformation des abords extérieurs (lot 2)

The subject of this contract is the renovation of two wings of the GHDCNotre Dame Hospital in Charleroi, which the contracting authority recently acquired. The project covers an area of approximately 10,000 m² in blocks G and F, spread over six above-ground levels. The contract is divided into two lots. This lot (Lot 1) involves extensive interior and exterior renovation of both blocks. This renovation primarily consists of selective dismantling and demolition, the refurbishment of the existing building envelope, the redesign of the interior spaces, the construction of a secure bicycle shelter, and the creation of custom-made furniture. Lot 1 consists of 7 sections: - Structural Engineering - Architecture - Acoustics - Special Systems – HVAC - Special Systems – Plumbing - Special Systems – Electrical - Furniture. Lot 2, meanwhile, covers all work related to the exterior surroundings.
