Lot 1 of this works contract includes the construction of an extension to the Chapelle-lez-Herlaimont sports complex, comprising the creation of a dojo, a ring area, new changing rooms, and a cafeteria. REQUIRED APPROVAL: Category D, Class 6. If several lots are awarded to the same bidder, the appropriate contractor approval is defined as follows: - all grouped lots: Category D, Class 6, provided the bid amount requires it. For the contract as a whole, as well as for each lot and group of lots, the class is ultimately determined based on the amount of the winning bid. REQUIRED OPTION 1: Steel staircase (item 23.31.1a) REQUIRED OPTION 2: Replacement of the vault flooring (item 91.24.9a). FREE OPTIONS ARE PROHIBITED. In the case of required options, bidders must submit a bid for both the base project and each option, otherwise their bid will be deemed substantially irregular. | Lot 2 of this works contract concerns the landscaping of the area surrounding the extension to the Chapelle-lez-Herlaimont sports complex. REQUIRED APPROVAL: Category G, Class 3.
