Elia is seeking a general contractor to build its new Service Center in the Port of Ostend. The building will include office space, a warehouse, and a workshop. The scope of work encompasses the standard responsibilities of a general contractor for the various tasks to be performed, such as structural work, finishing, and technical work, as well as environmental construction and the installation of fixed furniture.
