Deze opdracht heeft als doel de gebouwen op Steenweg op Gent 565 in 1080 Sint-Jans-Molenbeek te renoveren en om te bouwen tot een bedrijvenpark. Daarvoor moeten de nodige werken worden uitgevoerd, en er moet ook worden gezorgd voor de leveringen, het vervoer, de arbeidskrachten en alle uitvoeringsmiddelen die voor die werken nodig zijn. Het doel is bovendien om te onderstrepen dat het project inzet op duurzaamheid en circulariteit. De opdracht betreft meer bepaald de renovatie van een industriesite en de naaste omgeving ervan: bedoeling is de industriële hallen op te delen in 8 autonome entiteiten, om het kantoorgebouw op te splitsen in 5 eenheden en om de technische installaties aan te passen aan de normen.
