Het warmtenet (DN300/500) gaat doorheen Noorderlaan, vanuit Luithagen-Haven tot aan Korte Wielenstraat en maakt de verbinding tussen de toekomstige netwerken ter hoogte van de Luithagen-Haven en het toekomstig aangelegde netwerk in de Havanasite. Lengte van het aan te leggen tracé is 1750 meter. | De doorpersing is voorzien onder de tramsporen ter hoogte van de Noorderlaan te Antwerpen. In totaal worden drie persingen uitgevoerd onder de Noorderlaan, telkens met een diameter DN800. Één leiding zal gebruikt worden voor elektriciteit, de twee andere voor het warmtenet. Er worden drie parallelle betonnen wachtbuizen DN800 geperst met een hart-op-hart afstand van 3,60 meter. Lengte van de persingen is ca. 55 meter.
