Een meerjarige raamovereenkomst voor een ServiceNow partner om volgende ServiceNow gerelateerde diensten aan te leveren aan Ypto/NMBS, uitsluitend vanuit de EER (Europese Economische Ruimte): - ServiceNow consultants (voor ITSM, SPM, GRC, CMDB & CSDM, ITOM, HRSD, PA, SecOps , Asset mgmt (SAM, HAM, EAM, ITAM), Source2Pay, Custom App development + eventuele bijkomende producten in de toekomst). Van bepaalde profielen zal kennis van NL of FR gevraagd worden, net als de mogelijkheid om onsite bij NMBS diensten te verlenen (verdere info wordt verstrekt bij de opdrachtdocumenten, na selectie van de kandidaten). / - Mogelijkheid om projectdiensten met resultaatsverbintenis af te nemen. / - Maintenance & supportdiensten in Managed services voor bovenvermelde producten en eventuele bijkomende producten in de toekomst.
